Events and Banqueting Facilities
Crown is home to fantastic banqueting facilities including The Palladium. This spectacular pillarless ballroom is capable of hosting major trade exhibitions or glamorous social galas for up to 1,500 people. Combined with the River and Garden Rooms plus Studio 3 there is a wide range of rooms to suit.
Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Hotel

Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Hotel combined have over 1,600 guest rooms across three price points catering to a wide range of delegates. Crown Conference Centre
Crown Conference Centre is Crown's purpose-built hotel convention facility catering for both large and small residential conferences, meetings, seminars, product launches and exhibitions. The Centre's exciting modern design provides the ideal backdrop for conferences, featuring an abundance of natural light in all breakout rooms, an adaptable layout and the latest in audio visual technology. The Centre caters for conferences of up to 840 delegates plus 19 concurrent meeting rooms are on the same floor. A choice of two plenary rooms offers a suite of flexibility: the Crown Conference Hall is a large, pillarless space featuring operable walls with a seating capacity of 840 delegates theatre-style, whilst the Promenade Room seats 600 delegates theatre-style. Both rooms boast a ceiling height of over 5 metres.
Dining
Crown is home to more than 50 restaurants and bars, including premium restaurants such as Neil Perry's Rockpool Bar and Grill, Bistro Guillaume, Nobu, Number 8 restaurant and wine bar, Conservatory and the Eastern-inspired Silks and Koko. Crown Metropol is also home to Gordon Ramsay's first Australian restaurant maze and maze Grill.
