Day 1

Let a local Melbournian show you the special sights and atmosphere of the city on a casual walking tour through Melbourne's beautiful laneways and historic arcades. The tour takes in the history and amazing architecture as well as discovering some of the City's best shopping secrets.

This afternoon take part in a sailing regatta across Melbourne's Port Phillip Bay. After setting sail and working with your team mates to sail your boat, its time for a celebratory drink at one of the picturesque yacht clubs dotted along the Bay.

Welcome your group to Melbourne by hosting dinner at one of Melbourne's many unique venues. Many of these venues have implemented CSR initiatives to reduce their impact on the environment. Such initiatives include water and recycling programs and venues participating in the SecondBite initiative (redistributing food that would otherwise go to waste)

Day 2

Go green and make an ever-lasting contribution to the sustainability of Victoria's stunning surf coast. A great way to meet locals, and the perfect way to look after the environment, join in on a Coastal Revegetation Program, planting Indigenous plants along the coast. For your hard work and valued contribution, let the locals treat you to a seafood barbecue, or take a surf lesson, admiring your work as you surf out to sea.

Enjoy a chef's table dinner with Melbourne celebrity chef, Mark Olive (also known as The Black Olive) at the Koorie Heritage Trust. The Koorie Heritage Trust Inc is a not-for-profit Aboriginal community organisation that aims to protect, preserve and promote the living culture of Aboriginal people of south-eastern Australia. Guests can view Koorie artwork in the permanent exhibition on display at the Trust, participate in an indigenous art or jewellery making session or purchase beautiful Koorie products in the gift store.

Day 3

After breakfast, a range of activities will be made available for guests to participate in. These include:

  • Milliner's workshop - guests can practice making their own fascinator or hat under the guidance of Melbourne's top milliners.
  • Stable tour – Over 600 horses are stabled at Flemington throughout the year. Guests can go behind the scenes with a horse trainer and discover interesting facts about the racing industry.
  • Browse through an artisans market with local Victorian suppliers selling their wares.
